1. Items are NOT assembled. All orders REQUIRE ASSEMBLY.

2. Delivery takes 6-8 weeks. This time frame includes preparation for delivery (paperwork, quality checks, packing, etc.). Items will be shipped within the United States usually via FedEx Ground service. We strive to get your orders shipped as soon as possible.
 
3. Due to the manufacturing process, Niagara Cabinets customer agrees to abide by production time quoted and adhere to any unscheduled delays in the production process. The Niagara Cabinets customer also understands that at no time is this order cancelable, or refundable in anyway. Customer will be liable for all costs associated with that order. All orders are considered custom orders and Niagara Cabinets stocks no items.
 
4. Customer holds Niagara Cabinets harmless in any way in regard to production time, color variation, installation, and minor post installation adjustment.
